Visual Studio 2012 Error "One or more projects in the solution were not loaded correctly."

Perform the following steps for Developers Receiving the following error when attempting to Open Projects in Visual Studio 2012;

      Exit/Close the Visual Studio 2012 application.

      Navigate to;

a.      C:\Users\”Developer User Name”\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\11.0           

      Rename the directory “ComponentModelCache” to “Old.ComponentModelCache”;

      Re-lauch Visual Studio 2012 at this initial launch it will take a few moments to re-build the ComponentModelCache, after that Visual Studio 2012 should work properly.
